The head of SAG, Hector Hernandez expressed that the idea is to produce 1.5 million pounds of tilapia for the domestic market beginning next year.

La Tribuna publishes on its website: “Tilapia production will provide Honduras approximately $80 million in revenues, just through its exports to the U.S. market.”
