Pollo Campero opens new store in the US

The Pollo Campero chain inaugurated a new branch at a Wal-Mart supercenter in the city of Roger, Arkansas.

This is the second Pollo Campero restaurant to open its doors in a Supercenter owned by Wal-Mart in the United States.

We have 45 restaurants in the US market, operating in 10 cities. This gives us the chance to promote and develop Pollo Campero using the infrastructure of a prestigious company like Wal-Mart, and creates investor trust for those who are interested in sharing their capital with us.

Pollo Campero Opens at Disney World

With a $ 5 million investment the Guatemalan fast food chain Pollo Campero opened their restaurant at Disney.

The new restaurant, number 51 in the U.S., is located in Downtown Disney and serves about 24.000 guests a week.

Luis Lima, in his article in El periodico, reported statements from Jose Gutierrez, co-president of Corporacion Multi-Inversiones, "The opening of this restaurant at Disney is the result of a 4-year effort."

Pollo Campero Expanding in Europe

The Guatemalan fast food chain opened its third restaurant in Barcelona, Spain.

The opening is part of the agreement with Eat Out group.

Juan José Gutiérrez, Pollo Campero's chief executive, announced the plan of the chain's international expansion with new openings in Brighton (UK), Milan (Italy), New Delhi (India) scheduled for November and December.

Pollo Campero Will Open Restaurant in Walt Disney World

Construction of the restaurant will begin immediately, and the company expects to open it by the end of the year

New Pollo Campero Restaurant in U.S.

On October 20th, Pollo Campero inaugurated a new restaurant in Providence, in the state of Rhode Island.

This is the company's second restaurant in the New England Area.

"According to the U.S. Census Bureau, in 2000, 8.7% of Rhode Island's population is composed by Hispanics, and the number could be closing in on 12%. Brands like Pollo Campero are eying this growing community", reported Prensalibre.com.
