The project for creating corporate offices is being developed by Empresas Bern together with Grupo Corporativo Pérez, the latter being well known authorized distributors of the Toyota and Lexus brands in Panama.

Investment growth and evolution of competitiveness indices were among the topics presented by Dr. Nicolas Ardito Barletta - Director General of the National Competitiveness Center of Panama. Apart from the development of key sectors, such as energy, banking and ports; Dr. Barletta noted that there are still areas with great potential for development, such as the telecommunications sector and services parallel to logistics activities.

Rise of Office Centers in Guatemala

The opening of the Desing Center corporate office buildings whose investment is $26 million, adds to the growing collection of new office centers in Zone 10 in Guatemala City.
