Panama and Argentina to increase trade
The Chamber of Trade, Industries and Agriculture of Panama will send a trade mission to Argentina in October, to strengthen business relations between both countries.

The president of the Panama Chamber of Trade, Jose Varela, said that for that mission, set for the 26th to the 29th of October, they expect to have the participation of more than 15 Panamanian businesses that will have the possibility of entering Argentinian markets such as food, machinery, and 11 other activities.
The Government has asked the World Trade Organization to investigate alleged discriminatory treatment which Argentina applies to trade in goods and services with Panama.
Representatives from fifteen high-tech manufacturing firms are seeking business opportunities in Panama.
The Ministry of Trade and Industry has reported that in September this year there will be a trade mission to Chile and Peru.
Representatives from 21 companies interested in doing business will arrive on Feb. 23rd
