Panama: LG opens Call Center and Air Conditioner Academy

The call center will employ 600 agents in its new $3 million worth premises located in Albrook, and will receive three million calls a year.

According to the report by Marijulia Pujol Lloyd in Laestrella.com.pa, "The company also opened the first Commercial Air Conditioner Academy in the region, that will give training to all the personnel in countries such as Chile, Argentina, Peru, Venezuela, Ecuador, Panama, and all Central America and the Caribbean. The academy will give seminars to Panamanian engineers and architects about new technologies."
