Panama Canal renews alliance with Georgia Port Authority
The Panama Canal Authority (ACP) and the Georgia Port Authority renewed their strategic alliance for three more years.

Areas of cooperation include joint marketing, exchange of information and technology, market studies, expansion plans, and training, according to a release from the ACP.
The agreement between the Port of Corpus Christi and the Panama Canal reaffirms the importance of the extended waterway for the ports in the Eastern U.S and the Gulf.
The alliance seeks to generate new business, economic growth and promote trade between the east coast of L.A. and this region of California.
The Panama Canal Authority signed a memorandum of understanding with the Port of Galveston.
The Panama Canal Authority and the American Port of Virginia have ratified an agreement to share information and to promote the "all-water" route from Asia to the east coast of the United States.
