Panama: License for 9.9 MW Solar Plant

Panasolar Generation S.A. has been given approval for the construction and operation of a photovoltaic plant in the district of Aguadulce, Cocle province.

From a resolution issued by the National Authority of Public Services (ASEP)

SCOPE OF LICENSE:

The Licensee is authorized to provide the public service of electricity generation, which includes the operation, maintenance and installation of a plant for electricity generation, with connecting lines, processing equipment and other components in order to produce and sell in the domestic and international electrical system.

EFFECTIVE TERM:

The authorization granted by this License to generate electricity through a power plant has a term of forty (40) years from the date of this License.

RESOLVES:

FIRST: GRANT for the corporation by Panasolar GENERATION, SA, registered to 782,245 Listing Document 2254914 Public Record A FINAL LICENSE for the construction and operation of a plant called photovoltaic power generation Panasolar, to be located in the in the village of El Roble, district of Aguadulce, Cocle Province, with an installed capacity of 9.9 MW.
