Coconut water consumption is growing significantly in the UK, due to the recognition of its qualities as a natural moisturizer and its nutritional benefits. A significant contribution to the growth was made by the advertising campaign developed by importers, which included the participation of artists and British personalities.

According to information from the magazine "The Grocer" it is expected that the coconut water market in the UK will reach an estimated value of $155 million in 2014. At the moment there are more than 20 brands of coconut water in the UK market.
