Nicaragua Expects 56% Increase in Home Sales
Home Builders Chamber projects the sale of five thousand households in 2011.

The statistics given by the Chamber does not include government initiatives and only refers to the private sector.
In three days of business activity builders and companies in the real estate sector closed deals worth $10 million.
During the event 2,575 mortgages were sold, among which social and middle class housing stood out the most, with prices ranging between $40,000 and $80,000.
The Chamber of Builders and the government are working together to achieve the funding necessary to reach the target of 10,000 new homes every year.
During the event 50 housing products with prices ranging between $50,000 and $250,000 will be showcased, and it is expected that negotiations will exceed the $3.5 million traded at the fair in 2015.
