The project presented by Systra and Cooteban is a 13 km light railway.

Thursday, November 11, 2010

With an estimated investment of $ 500 million, the project proposes a mass transit system between the zones 19 and 10, which includes underground sections as well as level sections.

"This is not the first, since previously the International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the municipality, Alstom and Alfapenta Architects presented their proposals. The project has also appeared in some of the programs of former political candidates, but always without success," says Prensalibre.com.
