New Panama - Bolivia Flight with Copa
The Bolivian government authorized Copa Airlines to operate the route between Panama City and Santa Cruz with a frequency of four flights per week.

The website Americaeconomica.com published, "Copa Airlines, which will have its headquarters in Santa Cruz, will operate the route with Boeing 737-700 aircraft that have a capacity for 124 passengers. In accordance with its business plan, the company expects to transport a total of 30,463 passengers in the first 12 months of operations, said as the EFE news agency."
Copa Airlines will operate 4 new destinations starting from June. The destinations are: Recife, Brazil; Guanacaste, Costa Rica; Las Vegas, USA; and the island of Curacao.
As of December 15, 2011, Copa Airlines will operate a new nonstop service between Chicago and Panama.
Starting December, Copa Airlines will fly to Valencia in Venezuela, Oranjestad in Aruba and Santa Cruz in Bolivia.
To Valencia on December 1 and to Santa Cruz, Bolivia and Oranjestad in Aruba on December 15.
