New Non-Stop Flight Miami - Tegucigalpa

As of November 15th the cities of Tegucigalpa and Miami will have a daily direct flight with TACA Airlines.

The flight will be operated on an Embraer E90 jet airplane, and will be an addition to other flights operated through connections in El Salvador.

TACA has announced a direct flight between Havana and San Salvador, operating three times per week, beginning August 6.

TACA Airlines have announced a new nonstop service between El Salvador and Havana, Cuba from August 6. The flight will operate three times a week offering immediate connections to flights arriving in the Connections Center at El Salvador in the morning hours.

New flight Liberia - San Salvador

TACA Airlines offers customers a new direct flight between San Salvador and Liberia, Costa Rica, starting December 1st.

The route will operate a total of four flights a week at different times with options for the morning or afternoon.

This flight allows connections to other markets of interest in Guatemala, New York, Los Angeles, Washington and San Francisco.

Nonstop Service Between El Salvador and Chicago

Starting November 15th TACA offers direct flights between El Salvador and the U.S. city of Chicago.

The flight will operate twice a week in an Airbus A319 Jet.

This is a new choice for a direct flight, in addition to the existing connection through Guatemala, for passengers traveling between these two cities and will also offer convenient connections for travelers to Lima, San José, Santiago, Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula.

New Direct Flight Between El Salvador and Guayaquil

Taca Airlines will open a new direct flight between El Salvador and Guayaquil, Ecuador, three times a week.

The company is conducting the required paperwork to get the official approvals from the air transport authorities of El Salvador and Ecuador.

Estuardo Ortiz, COO of Avianca-TACA, commented that “this new route makes it easier to travel between the three Americas, connecting cities in Canada with Central America and with northern South America. We are trying to serve our passengers in the best possible way”.
