Medical Equipment Company Opens in Panama
Spanish company "Emergencias 2000" started operations in the country.

It supplies ambulances and diverse medical care equipment and technology. Based on Madrid, it operates in Spain, Portugal, U.S. and now Panama.
BeamOne have announced an investment of $15 million to expand its current operation and add a new ethylene oxide sterilization plant.
The Ministry for Public Health and Social Assistance will provide the funds to purchase medical equipment and cover operating costs.
The multinational will set up a center in Heredia to supply local medical device manufacturers.
This is actually a big project for Costa Rica, for this sterilization plant would be the first of its kind in the Central America area; and the best news is that it would actually be fully operational this year.
