"The bidding will be carried out in accordance with the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures set forth in the Inter-American Development Bank publication entitled Policies for the Procurement of Goods and Works Financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), GN 2349-9, and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries, as defined in the Bidding Documents.

Bids must be submitted to the Unidad Ejecutora de Proyectos GESALUD Edificio Plaza Azul, 3rd level, Colonia Lomas del Guijarro Sur no later than 2:00 p.m. on April 7, 2021. Electronic bids will not be allowed. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected. Bids will be physically opened in the presence of Offerors' representatives who wish to attend in person, at the address listed at the end of this Solicitation, at 2:30 p.m. on April 07, 2021."
