Led by the Ministry of Housing, the Territorial Ordering Plan for the Greater Metropolitan Area created by the Institute of Housing and Urban Development, is in a period of consultation.

The Ministry of Housing, with the aim of bringing the two parties closer together, will hold a series of workshops from 30th July until 3 August ending with the creation of a commission that will be responsible for drafting the final text.
