ICE Withdraws Interconnection Claim
The Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad said it withdrew the lawsuit in a conflict it has with Sutel.

The Financierocr.com refers to an ICE press release, which states that "the change in strategy responds to two documents issued by Sutel which changes the dynamics of action and resolutions."
Businessmen expressed concern at recent actions taken by ICE.
The regulator gave 10 days to state owned electricity company ICE to amend the interconnection fees.
The regulatory body has not yet approved the tariffs for interconnection with the Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad.
Claro has filed an appeal with the Costa Rican Superintendency of Telecomunitions denouncing the agreement.
