Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Costa Rica
A multi-million dollar contract was announce by the Hilton chain to establish their first Garden Inn Hotel in Central American, in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

The establishment, which will be the Hilton family's fifth in Costa Rica, will have 169 rooms, 10 of which will be luxury suites. Danny Hughes, senior vice-president of the chain for the Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America, said that the new addition "to our hotel portfolio will strengthen Hilton's effort to increase the family of hotels throughout Latin America."
The Real Estate Development Fund Monte del Barco has signed a contract with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts chain, to develop a 130 room luxury hotel in the Gulf of Papagayo in Guanacaste.
The project consisting of 7 hotels with 855 rooms and condominiums to be built in the Papagayo Peninsula, Costa Rica, will be developed by the Costa Rican company Florida Ice and Farm.
Spain-based Rui Hotels & Resorts will open in November a 701 room hotel in Playa Matapalo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
Hilton Hotels Corporation will open 4 hotels under its Hilton, Embassy Suites, DoubleTree and Hilton Garden Inn brands in Panama.
