"According to news agency Acan-Efe, Micheletti declared when talking to Guatemalan businessmen: my Government is willing to consolidate judicial security as a basic social guarantee, but specially as a tool to foster our investment climate", reported Prensalibre.com.
The Guatemalan Exporters Association is preparing a trade mission for entrepreneurs on May 5th-9th 2014.

In order to provide Guatemalan businessmen an appointment schedule with potential Central American buyers interested in their services / products aimed at facilitating the networking and expanding opportunities for direct business, the Department of Promotion and Trade Information at AGEXPORT, will be organising from 5 to 9 May 2014, a multisectoral trade mission to San Salvador, Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula.
Entrepreneurs from the energy, infrastructure, mining and telecommunications sectors will first visit Guatemala and then Panama and Nicaragua.
Under the framework of British Week in Guatemala, organized by the Embassy of the United Kingdom, a mission of businessmen interested in trade and investment will be received in the country from 22 February to 2 March 2013, focusing on sectors such as energy, infrastructure, mining and telecommunications.
