Prensalibre.com reviews that "... The complex will have more than 200 amenities including: Mini golf, theater, child care club, fitness center, massage area, sports courts, private pools, bar, meeting rooms, convention center, and more than 160 parking lots".

Regarding the target market of this hotel, Miguel Angel Par, director of investment and asset management of Oceana Resort + Conventions, said that "... within the investigations they discovered that Guatemalan companies expressed the need to organize 'off-site' events and generally looked for destinations outside the country or neighboring countries, which provide them with a complete solution. This idea allows collaborators to leave their daily functions, but at the same time they continue to generate value for the company, and from these elements the concepts began to land."

In this sense, the enclosure has a convention center is made up of six halls for events, with capacity to receive up to one thousand people.
