The construction will be conducted by Qualicons, will start on February 24 and should be completed by September 2012.

Sigloxxi.com published comments by Edgar Ríos, commercialization director: “The project will employ some 1.000 people. Of them, 500 will be direct jobs and the other half will be hired as temporary workers or on a contract basis. The building will have 17 stories and the first 5 will be used as parking space”.

"Partner" Buildings in Guatemala City and San Salvador

Two office buildings have been announced, one in the Zona Rosa in San Salvador and the other in zone 15 in Guatemala City, with tenants sharing amenities in both capitals.

The Guatemalan company Calidad Inmobiliaria has announced that it will begin construction on both projects simultaneously in the third quarter of the year and they will be completed in the second half of 2017.

Another Office Center in Capital of Costa Rica

With an investment of $60 million, Centro Corporativo El Tobogán is being built on a four-hectare site, a project which will feature 105 offices, 1,100 parking spaces, 20 shops, 66 warehouses, and a rooftop helipad.  

The property is category A + for office centers in downtown San Jose, the highest category there is, meaning that it will have luxury finishes and amenities.

$5 Million Investment in Office Center

The new "Corporate Multi-center" ("Multicentro Corporativo" in Spanish) complex will be opened in November in the Costa Rican capital, San Jose.

Approximately 5,300 m2 of office space will be created on two floors with 2,300 m2 on the fourth floor and 2,100 on the seventh.

Avante Building Opens in El Salvador

With $ 45 million investment, Calidad Inmobiliaria inaugurates their first estate project in El Salvador.

The corporate office building includes nine levels of offices, a trading floor and six levels of parking for 700 cars.

A total of 44,000 square meters of which 21,000 are built as parking area.
