Avianca's Aeronautical Center will operate in an enclosed area at José María Córdova International Airport in Rionegro. This will be one of the most important complexes for the large aircraft maintenance, component repair and specialized training centers in Latin America.

According to the CEO of Avianca Holdings, Fabio Villegas Ramirez: "The establishment and development of an Aeronautical Center for Avianca is a decisive step in the consolidation of the Carrier as a source of expertise and benchmark of quality in the processes of aeronautical engineering in the region. Driven by a renowned team of engineers and technicians, this center is projected to be one of the most complete specialized aviation workshops in Latin America, making it a quality option for providing aircraft maintenance services to its own and third party aircraft ".

Investment in Aeronautical Maintenance
