Honduras's Office of the Secretary of Natural Resources and the Environment (Serna) offered, as a concession, the exploration of the Sapadril hill to the business conglomerates of Caribe S.A. (Agrecasa) during the government's previous administration. This export is the first since the beginning of its operations.

In an article in Tiempo.hn: "The ship brings its own team to collect the load and they guarantee a shipment of 1,000 tons per hour, 'which means that shipment operations will last two days', said José Vargas, who is from ENP."
