Honduran Franchise Seeks Expansion

The Honduran franchise Expresso Americano, is looking to expand in Guatemala.

The coffee chain currently has 120 stores in Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica and is seeking partners in order to expand its operations in Guatemala.

An article in Elperiodico.com.gt noted: "Miguel Kafati, company executive, said they are aware of the great competition in the coffee shop market ... but added they have been investigating the market for one year and have concluded that it is attractive for investment".
