Apartment Building: New Investment Planned

In Zone 10 of Guatemala City, the company Iquique S.A. plans to build a 12-level tower, with apartments of three rooms each.

According to the interactive platform "Construction in Central America" of the Trade Intelligence Unit of CentralAmericaData, Iquique S.A., submitted to the Ministry of Environment the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to develop the project called "Menara".

The study presented to the authorities explains that the project consists of the construction of an apartment building with 12 floors plus a rooftop, which will house 22 housing units.

The building will be supplied with water through its own mechanical well, subway cistern built in basement 4 and treatment plant for ordinary waste water. The tower will be 44.7 meters high and will have elevators, which will not use a machine room.

The condominium will have a parking area, study room, fitness center, children's play area, outdoor gardens and administrative offices.

According to the EIA, it is expected that this project will require more than $2 million in investment.
