Costa Rica: $51 Million in Real Estate Investment

A complex consisting of a series of buildings that will house commercial premises, residences, hotel rooms and offices is planned to be built in the district of La Ribera, in the province of Heredia.

Belén Center Group S.A. presented to the National Environmental Technical Secretariat the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop the project called "Cityzen."

According to the study, each building will have private parking for light vehicles. In addition, the buildings will be divided by internal gardens and there will also be a mechanical delay lagoon for the control of rainwater. The project includes the construction of a treatment plant for ordinary wastewater.

The document states that the total construction area is approximately 73,861 square meters and the estimated investment is $50.7 million.
