From the quarterly report by Colliers Costa Rica entitled "Industrial and Logistics Property Market":
At the end of the third quarter of 2016, the Industrial Property Market in the Greater Metropolitan Area in Costa Rica experienced a lot of dynamism in the segments of Industrial properties and Ofi-warehouses.
In the specific segment Industrial units a significant demand was maintained for tailor-made spaces for logistical and distribution purposes.
TheOfi-warehousessegmentshowed growth in its supply both of existing complexes and new developments, aiming to meet the need for Ofi-warehouses measuring between 200 and 400 square meters for use by small and medium enterprises.
