Costa Rica: ICE Launches Tender for $ 1.1 Million in Materials

The Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad invited bids for the purchase of materials for the electrical system at the Reventazón Hydroelectric Project.

Within the materials requested are: 10.000 m Lined Copper Cable 2 / 0, 10.000 meters Lined Copper Cable 4 / 0, 2.000 meters Nude Copper Cable 2 / 0, among other items.

The expected date of receipt of tenders is March 10, 2011.

The National Institute of Electricity in Guatemala is putting out to tender a supply of circuit breakers for the Los Esclavos hydroelectric plant.

Guatemala Government Purchase 4337050:

"Four (4) power switches will be purchased for the 6.9 kV output bar on the electric generators at the Hydroelectric Plant Los Esclavos, adapting them to current panels and replacing those currently installed.
