A trade mission from the Chamber of Exporters traveled to Texas in order to promote the country's products.

One of the main objectives of the mission, which was held from September 14th to 18th, was to generate new commercial contacts and update existing ones.

Sergio Navas is the executive vice president of Cadexco, the Costa Rican Chamber of Exporting Companies. He told online newspaper "Each year, Central America trades $24 billion with the United States. Costa Rica is the top exporter, with 45% of the regions' exports".
