Costa Rica: $21 million for University Infrastructure

An environmental impact study has been presented to build a university campus in San Pablo, province of Heredia.

According to CentralAmericaData 's identification system for Construction Projects, the environmental impact assessment study (EIA) was submitted by Somugo S.A. to the National Environmental Technical Secretariat (SETENA) on December 22 2016.

The project is called "Campus Universidad Latina" and will be located in the district of Rincón de Sabanilla, San Pablo Canton, province of Heredia. According to the study, the overall investment estimated for the work is $21,450,000.

University Building for $17 million

The Casto Carazo Metropolitan University plans to build a fourteen storey building to be used for classrooms, laboratories and offices in downtown San Jose, Costa Rica.

Universities Expanding in Costa Rica

The Universidad Latina and Universidad de Ciencias Médicas have announced investments of $ 20 million in the expansion of their facilities.

With an investment of $12 million, the Universidad Latina, will construct a building in Lourdes de Montes de Oca. In the new 10,000 square meter building on four levels there will be a simulation hospital area.
