Spectrum Group began construction of five real estate projects aimed at middle-class homes.
The new projects are located in El Salvador, Escuintla, Villa Nueva and San Miguel Petapa.
The San Miguel Petapa project represents about 1.500 homes in an 18 tower complex.
"The company also plans to build housing projects at other cities and in other countries such as Nicaragua, where investments were made on a residential condominium in Managua and a 50 apartment complex on the beach of San Juan del Sur," informs the article in Elperiodico.com.gt.
