Chile proposes joining up with Costa Rica to export to Asia and the Pacific
Chilean diplomats and businessmen proposed the alliance to export jointly to the region where more than half of the world's population lives.

Chile and Costa Rica will sign an Integrated Association Agreement during the visit of President Michelle Bachelet to San Jose in October.
According to the Chilean Embassy in Costa Rica, the agreement will be signed in October during Michelle Bachelete's visit to San José.
One by one the main leaders of Costa Rican business associations have expressed their appreciation and optimism for the agreements reached with the Chinese government.
Costa Rica hopes use the FTA with China to capture production investment from Chinese companies which will export their products throughout Central America
This week the program for informing business owners and other private organizations about the future of the FTA begins as a part of the preliminary stage before starting the negotiations.
