Brinker International to invest $1.5 million in El Salvador

American Food, the company which represents the franchise, announced the opening of the restaurant under the Chili's brand, Brinker International.

Brinker is present in 25 countries and counting, and in Central America it is found in Guatemala and Honduras. In the region they plan to establish 5 in total, and to have three restaurants in El Salvador in the next three years.
"American Food has fought hard to bring in Brinker. In the last two years they have fulfilled the Brinker standards in order to open the Salvadoran company, Chili's restaurant, on 10 December" indicated Mario Grisales, director of American Food.

Eduardo Valiente, Al Macarone's executive director, remarked that they have 52 restaurants in the country, 47 corporate owned and 5 franchises.
