Bids Invited for Building Residences in Guatemalan Customs

Bidding invitations were published for building residential complexes in Valle Nuevo and San Cristobal customs offices.

Bids will be received by SAT, the Guatemalan Tax Authority, before November 4th.

"An economic figure is not available yet. Sources from the SAT's Infrastructure Department commented that most of the projects will be carried out through public bidding, and the economic figure could vary depending on where they are built", reported Prensalibre.com.

The project includes 18 levels with 104 units. It will be located in Zone 14, and its prices will start in $79.000.

"... constructed 100% in concrete, its "H" design will allow all its apartments to have wide windows, saving energy and absorbing wind better, reducing the need for air conditioning", explained Mauricio Barillas, project architect.
