Bayer invests $65 million in El Salvador
The company's plans contemplate investing another $8 million in a plant located in Ilopango and exporting to South America.

Since the Bonima Corporation changed hands to Bayer, the plant located in Ilopango has received $65 million in investment from the European Company, according to management.
VIJOSA laboratories has started construction of a plant for producing medicines in an area of 9 blocks in Santa Tecla, department of La Libertad.
Bayer has invested $5.1 million in its plant in Guatemala in order to increase production by 10%.
Before the end of the year, the multinational corporation will inaugurate an extension of to its medicine production facility in Mixco.
The Bayer Central America and the Caribbean Group will invest in remodeling their Consumer Care Division factory.
