These figures were published in a study covering supply, demand, and prices of homes in Panama, which was presented at the Forum "Panama's Real Estate Industry, Present and Future".

In the study, it is also stated that "currently, Panama has 450 projects with 13.494 available units, summing 1.536.512 square meters", repoted "46% is in pre-sale stage, 53% being built, and 1% is completed".
