Located in the Plaza Zona 4 Shopping Center, the new call center consists of training rooms, a medical station, psychologist's room, and coffee room.

"Our expansion is the result of the good service and commitment we provide to our customers. Our plan is to grow and remain an important source of work for Guatemalans" explained Manuel Gordo, CEO of the company.

Allied Global is one of the leading call centers in Latin America, with more than 6,000 employees in four countries. It has a total of 19 call centers located in Guatemala, Honduras, the USA and Canada.

The new jobs will be for candidates with a level of English of at least 80% and experience in customer service and sales.

New Call Center Begins Operations in Honduras

With an investment of $5 million, Guatemalan equity firm Allied Global will open a call center in San Pedro Sula on July 5th.

Located in the Galerías del Valle Mall in San Pedro Sula, the call center expects to have 2,000 people in the next two years.

Daniel Facussé, president of the Honduran Manufacturers Association, said the new Employment By Hours Act facilitated the arrival of this investment.
