Aeromexico to Fly to San Salvador

The Mexican carrier has announces a new daily flight to San Salvador starting from May 7th.

This new route will provide connections with "more than 40 cities" in Mexico, the U.S. and other destinations, said the manager of International Sales for Aeromexico, Francisco Posadas.

With San Salvador, there are now 11 Latin American Aeromexico destinations, including other Central American countries, said Posadas.

For his part, Minister of Tourism of El Salvador, Jose Napoleon Duarte, described the airline's commencement of operations in his country as "good news" and hoped it would "bring many tourists," reported Prensa.com.

El Salvador is one of the new destinations of the Mexican airline, which will start a daily flight from the first half of May.

Aeromexico's daily flight from Mexico City will depart at 12.55 pm and arrive at El Salvador International Airport at 14.25 pm The aircraft will return to Mexico the same evening.

New Orleans - Mexico - Honduras Flight

Beginning July 6, Aeroméxico will offer a daily flight between New Orleans, Mexico City and San Pedro Sula.

The mayor of the American city indicated that the flight will boost tourism and business travel and make travel easier for people in New Orleans who have family in Mexico and Honduras.
