Hotel chain Superclubes will inaugurate in October its 50.000 m2 property "Breezes Superclub".

It is located within the "Biajo" residential complex, and its 294 rooms will generate 600 direct jobs.

Víctor Manjares, Superclubs Executive, told newspaper Prensa that "the company has another lot of similar size, which could be used for a future expansion or for adding more services to the hotel".

The hotel chain inaugurated its first Costa Rican hotel, located in the province of Guanacaste.

It has 701 rooms in 6 stories, and operates under the 'all inclusive' concept.

"This Costa Rica expansion is part of Riu's intention to offer new alternatives to their 'very faithful' clientele, as approximately 40% of their customers repeat their visit. Most of them come from the U.S. and Canada", reported Hosteltur.com.
