36% of gas stations in San Pedro Sula without fuel
Nationwide, at least 36 percent of gasoline stations are out of fuel, according to Gerardo Meraz, the representative of American Petroleum. He added that this is starting to affect the productive sector.

Meraz said fuel from Petrocaribe has not been distributed to 84 gas stations that are not connected to international companies affiliated with the Honduras Association of Distributors of Petroleum Products.
Some 50 gasoline stations might have to close over the next few days because of a lack of fuel.
ASDPP, the Salvadoran Association of Petrol Distributors, reported they only receive 60% of what they order.
Gasoline distributors are concerned about Petrocaribe's recommendation that the Salvadoran government be the sole manager of oil imports.
