$30 million for Maternity Hospital in El Salvador
The minister of health made the announcement for companies interested in the construction to take part in the in the pre-qualification process.

Elsalvador.com reports: "After sorting through the obstacles, the Ministry of Health plans to have the process ready for the new administration that will take over in June, so that they will only have to execute the project. According to official estimates, the construction will last two years, and will have a cost of approximately $30 million."
The government of El Salvador is still facing problems with the Maternity Hospital. Although it may be third time lucky for the Boulevard Diego de Holguín Tender ($ 30 million) , the conditions of the tender have been found to be inadequate.
Earthworks and supervision services for the construction of a Maternity Hospital have been awarded by the Ministry of Health.
Twenty companies attended a meeting on the tender for the study, design, construction and financing of the new National Cancer Institute.
Four companies are bidding for the design and construction of access roads for the future hospital complex in Panama City.
